What is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are used by recruiters to automate the hiring process and track candidates through the hiring process.

I don’t have a resume. What should I do?
Don’t worry, we all have to start somewhere! Let me know and I will forward you a questionnaire to fill in.
How long is the perfect resume?
There are no set rules for this. A university graduate may only have a one-page resume whereas clients with more experience, qualifications, and accomplishments may have 2-page resumes. Federal, medical, and academic resumes can be even longer.
Are your fees all-inclusive?
Yes, all my fees are all-inclusive, so you won’t receive any unhappy surprises. Faster delivery times and additional options are available for an extra fee.
How quickly can I get my resume?
The standard turnaround time for the first draft of your resume is 4-5 working days but I also offer a faster 48-hour delivery option to meet more urgent requirements.
Is my information kept confidential?
Your confidentiality is a priority to me. I produce all the work in-house myself and ensure your information is safeguarded. I never outsource work to third-parties or provide work samples to other clients.
Do you create niche-specific resumes?
Yes, I have broad experience creating resumes for specialist roles, including financial analysts, counselors, architects, consultants, physicians, contractors, educators, engineers, lawyers, and scientists.
Do you write in American or UK English
I write in both American and UK English, dependent on your location and requirements.
What information do you need?
When you place your order I will get in touch and let you know what I need to make a start. This depends on the items you have purchased but will usually include your existing resume and 3-4 links to jobs that you would like to apply to.
